How to draw applique design by using "Illustrator"

Applique is designed based on photos. Single photo may not include all you need. You can use multiple photos or draw with your imagination.
The most important point is to adjust the direction of light e.g. shadow.

The way to design applique using "Illustrator" is as follows.
- draw the line as you cut out the area which is the same color and brightness in the photo with pen tool.
- pick up the color in the area of photo with eyedropper tool.

It may be easier to select smaller area. However piece become so small that it become harder to make applique. If you select too larger, the picture may not be recognized.
